Program Descriptions
Scholarship Program
We offer need-based scholarships for individuals seeking access to exercise therapy, movement programs, personal training, or specialized classes for neurological conditions. Scholarships ensure that financial limitations never stand in the way of evidence-based movement and improved quality of life.
Neurological Wellness Support
Designed for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, MS, and other neurological challenges, this program supports participation in structured, research-supported exercise systems proven to improve mobility, balance, cognition, and overall function.
Wellness and Fitness Access for Older Adults
Movement becomes more essential as we age. The Strength and Movement Alliance provides financial support for strength training, balance work, functional fitness, and age-appropriate conditioning to help older adults remain independent, resilient, and active.
Educational Workshops and Community Events
We host and support seminars, live demonstrations, expert discussions, and community wellness events focused on movement, disease management, and healthy aging. These events connect participants with resources, knowledge, and supportive community networks.
Training Camps and Movement Experiences
Our multi-day camps bring participants together for immersive training experiences focused on movement, resilience, and confidence. Camps may include cycling, strength training, skill development, and educational components tailored to specific populations.
Provider Partnerships
We collaborate with instructors, therapists, and facilities to expand access to high-quality programs. Through these partnerships, scholarship recipients can participate in programs close to home, ensuring continuity and long-term success.
