The Strength and Movement Alliance was formed with one purpose: to help you have access to exercise and fitness programs. Very simply, we accept donations and apply for grants then use those funds to assist you in paying for coaching, personal training, and other exercise programs.

If you are having to choose between a fitness program and meds, or a fitness program and food, or a fitness program and rent, let us know; we are here to help.

The application process is simple. Apply for assistance, let us know what program you are interested in and, if your application is accepted, we will provide a payment directly to the fitness program.

You will always have some co-pay. We do not believe in free. It’s important that you have some “skin in the game.” The co-pays vary depending on the amount of the assistance, your particular financial situation, and the cost of the program.
